ACG has cooperated with military partner GLOMEX Military Supplies on successful delivery of 4 friction testers for operational use at military airfields in the Czech Republic.
Military air bases in Caslav, Prague – Kbely, Namest nad Oslavou and Pardubice have been supplied with customized ASFT SKODA OCTAVIA CFME vehicles for measurement of runway antiskid properties during winter operations and for purpose of surface maintenance planning. The new testers will replace obsolete towed behind friction testing vehicles, thus significantly increase operations safety.
ASFT CFME friction testers enable stabile “measurement in corners” even in high operating speeds and for “flying start”, i.e. start of measurement while driving.
